Order Process

Our trading process involves a highly meticulous and stringent process and yet simple to ensure smooth transaction and delivery. The chart below illustrates our Order Process.



• Buyer issues LOI to Seller/Agent/Broker/Distributor/Facilitator with company profile.

• Seller issues SCO to Buyer/Agent/Broker.

• Buyer seals and signs SCO acceptance letter and returns to them.

• Seller issues FCO to Buyer.

• Buyer seals and signs FCO acceptance letter and returns within 5 international banking days.

• Buyer issues and sends ICPO with banking details to Seller together with BCL hard copy issued by Buyer’s Bank within 5 days.

• Seller issues soft copy of SPA to Buyer and both parties will sign the SPA by courier or at their convenience.

• Buyer duly seals and signs all copies and returns 2 original SPA copies.

• Seller sends authorization letter to Buyer to certify ATPC Codes directly with refinery.

• Seller sends SPA registered hard copy to Buyer via courier with Proforma invoice.

• Both parties (Buyer and Seller) lodge their copies of the Registered SPA with their respective banks. The banks will list down documents needed to ensure smooth transaction.
